Mel is a qualified Make-Up Artist lover of all things Beauty, Travel and Japan. She lives in a small county town on the border of NSW and QLD and loves to escape at any chance she can. She is currently planning her third trip to Europe, once last hurrah before all those grown-up things happen.. (like babies!)

Mel works full time as a HR assistant in the fuel and transport industry and in her spare time, runs her freelance make-up artistry business as well as Loads of Lifestyle. She is the sole content creator for all aspects of the blog, including social media, photography and content creation. 

In her down time, she enjoys hot baths, with a bath bomb or two, cooking up a storm in the kitchen and throwing dinner parties for her friends. She lives for the summer months (and lets be honest where she lives its pretty much summer at least 8 months of the year). She believes Sunday afternoons are best spent with friends, whether it be skiing at the lagoon, having picnics in the park or afternoon tea on her back deck in the sun.
