Tony Moly I'm Real Sheet Mask - Makgeolli (Purifying)

17:01:00

Sheet Mask are a serious part of my skincare regime. I have tried various brands over the last year, but I ALWAYS come back to the Korean Brands. They are cheap, super effective and they have a variety of “flavours” so suit your skincare needs.

Need something to Brighten? Yep they’ve got it!
Need something to minimise pores? Uh-Huh, they’ve got that too!
The list goes on and on!!

Sheet Masks are very convenient, coming in their own individual package, already soaked in the glorious essences. They are perfect for travelling as they virtually take up no space, and are excluded from TSA liquid restrictions.

One of my favourite brands of sheet masks are Tony Moly I’m Real Masks. They have a wide range of flavours to choose from. Each flavour has a specific skincare target. They use a 3-layer pulp sheet which feels thick and luxurious.

One of my favourites is the Makgeolli (Skin Purifying) flavour. It claims to help clarify, plump and hydrate the skin in just 20mins.

Key Ingredients in this mask are:
  • Makgeolli: a Korean rice wine which contains amino acids that stimulate the recovery of skin elasticity,
  • Vitamins B2 & B3: which are known to help brighten your complexion.
  •  Allantoin: has several uses including smoothing the skin and healing scarring, plus it helps to lock in moisture and it also promotes healthy cell development and can prevent dull, sallow skin.
·         It is also free from parabens, talc, benzophenone, triethanolamin and colour additives. This mask is perfect for all skin types or those wishing to boost clarity in their skin.

Directions for use:
  1. After cleansing and toning (use a moisturising toner like Secret Key Milk Brightening Toner), remove from packet and apply mask, ensuring to press out any air bubbles
  2. Leave on skin and relax for 20-30 mins
  3. Remove gently and dispose of sheet.
  4. Massage the excess essence into your skin
  5. Follow with the rest of your usual day or night-time skincare.
Tips for using sheet masks:
  • Don’t leave on for more the recommended time. As the sheet mask starts to dry out, it will suck the moisture from your skin that you have just spent the last 20-30mins putting in there.
  • Use the excess essence in the pack on your neck, décolletage and backs of your hands.

Ingredients: Purified water, Glycerin, Mineral Oil, Butylene Glycol, Allantoin, Polysorbate 80, Sorbitan Sesquioleate, Chlorphenesin, Carbomer, Xanthan Gum, Dimethicone, Phenoxyethanol, Tromethamine, Aspergillus/Rice Ferment Extract, 1,2-Hexanediol, Propanediol, Galactomyces Ferment Filtrate, Perfume, Dipotassium Glycyrrizate, Caprylyl Glycol, Illicium Verum Fruit Extract, Saccharomyces/Xylinum/Black Tea Ferment, Disodium EDTA
